Embody your inner-expression and cultivate the root of balance in this heart-centered therapy one-on-one. This form of therapy includes a medicinally clarified mind-space and is intentioned for those seeking deep perspective shifts, as well as relaxations into discomforts and energy tangles that have become hardened or toxic. Before the session, we'll become familiar with an intention, comforts and boundaries as well as projections and visions of the self. When the time comes, we will explore the un-examined and rejected self through sound and music, energy-work, movement or verbal processing. This therapy is inspired to grow love from the inside, out; to warm the heart and melt the ice that has encased vulnerability and true inner radiance; to expose you to the pure joy of being.
