I don't usually recommend books, but Breath by James Nestor is amazing.
If you are interested in improving sleep, better fitness (like when you're dancing), losing weight, or just being healthier, this book has tips in it that are immediately applicable--like nose breathing.
It really is an awesome book. I say this as a writer and as someone who loves when a book doesn't just describe a problem, but also offers solutions.
